Software for independent trash haulers

You haul the trash.
It minds everything else.

Customer signups, e-signed agreements, bank-draft autopay, rooftop-exact route maps, and a driver app — one website with your company's name on it, not ours.

Starting at $49/mo + one-time setup fee

Built for one-truck routes and up. No office software to install — it runs in the browser, and in the truck.

Everything on the route, minded

Five things eat an owner's week. Each one is a stop this software already runs.

  1. Stop 1 · Signups

    Customers sign themselves up

They register on your site, e-sign your service agreement, and the signed PDF files itself. New customer at the kitchen table, not on your voicemail.

    • Walk-ins and commercial accounts too: the office signs them up in person, sets a custom rate, and attaches the scanned paper agreement
    • Update your agreement any time — it publishes as a new version, and contracts already signed never change
    • Customers keep their own address and phone current; the change is flagged for the office to review
E-signing the agreement — recorded on the live demo
  2. Stop 2 · Billing

    The money collects itself

Bank-draft autopay through Stripe, drafted monthly at each customer's own rate. Past-due accounts surface on one screen instead of living in your head. No more chasing checks in March.

    • Emailed monthly invoices for customers who won't do bank draft — payable online, no mandate needed
    • Annual prepay for pay-a-year-at-a-time customers, with renewal reminders at 60, 30, and 14 days out
    • Extra cans billed automatically; a failed draft turns the customer list red before the customer knows
    • Every invoice shows up in the app — for the office and the customer — with view-and-pay and a PDF; refunds are one click
  3. Stop 3 · Routes

Route maps that know every rooftop

Addresses pin to the actual house using state 911 address data — the same points ambulance dispatch uses. Split an area into balanced routes on the map, or record a route once by driving it.

    • Lasso a neighborhood, box-select a stretch of highway, or grab a whole town in one click — then auto-split into balanced routes
    • Optimize by real road distance — it knows rivers and lakes, and it never drives past a driveway to come back later
    • Drag any stop to override; roads you'd drive twice light up orange so doubling-back has nowhere to hide
    • Fuel cost per run from each truck's MPG and today's diesel price — see exactly what a re-order saves
A 45-stop route, optimized by real roads
  4. Stop 4 · Drivers

A driver app on any phone

Installs from the browser — no app store. Today's run list in order, tap-off stops, can barcode scanning, and a live truck map back at the office.

    • One-tap photo at a problem stop — no can out, can tipped, drive blocked — filed to the customer's page with date, time, and GPS distance from their pin
    • Skip a stop with a reason and the office sees it as a report; multi-can accounts are flagged right on the stop card
    • The office's note for each stop rides along — gate codes, the mean dog, the second can behind the shed
    • Hand the next nine stops to Google Maps when turn-by-turn is easier
    Tap-off and skip, one thumb
  5. Stop 5 · Word out

    Notices reach everyone at once

Holiday schedule changes, weather delays, bulk-pickup days — post once and it goes out as push alerts and email to every active customer. The phone stops ringing about the ice storm.

    • Target everyone, one pickup day, one town, hand-picked customers, or just your drivers
    • Two-way messages with customers and drivers — replies ring their phone, theirs ring yours
    • Test-send to your own phone first; delivery logs show every alert and email that went out
Posted once — live for every customer

The full walk-around

Five stops is the headline. This is the rest of the rig, checked corner to corner — everything the software does, by who's using it.

Front office

  • One list answers the phone: search a name, address, or number and the account is up
  • Live counts across the top — active, autopay, payment issues — and one click filters to any of them
  • Three clean switches per customer: freeze the login, stop the draft, or end service outright
  • Ending service always stops the billing — the software will not draft a canceled account
  • Route photos from the truck land on the customer's page: dated, GPS-tagged, office-only. "You missed my pickup" gets answered with Monday, 7:42 AM, their empty driveway
  • A dated notes log on every account, and even deletions keep a full audit snapshot
  • "Cans in the field" totals every can at the curb — subtract from what you own and that's your yard inventory

In the truck

  • Installs from the browser on any phone — no app store, no IT department
  • Today's stops in drive order with a progress bar and the office's note at each one
  • Done, skip with a reason, or navigate — one thumb, driving gloves on
  • Barcode-scan a can to tie it to a customer for good
  • Canned issue buttons — no can out, truck trouble, road blocked, running late — that push straight to the office
  • Live map at the office shows the truck and today's trail while the route runs
  • Record a brand-new route just by driving it: tap at each pickup, and the office gets the map

Your customers

  • Their own account page: invoices, signed agreement PDFs, and their paid-through date
  • View and pay any open invoice online — same page Stripe emailed them
  • Pickup alerts on their phone, with an animated walkthrough for iPhone setup
  • Message the office and get an answer that rings their pocket
  • The holiday schedule posted once, current everywhere

You, the owner

  • Payouts land in your business bank account every week
  • Verify your business directly with Stripe in about 15 minutes — we never see your SSN or bank login
  • Your business name on your customers' bank statements, not ours
  • Your own payout dashboard — every draft, every deposit
  • New features ship to your site automatically; you never install or update anything

Your name on all of it

This isn't a directory you get listed in. It's your company's own website and customer portal — your logo, your colors, your domain. Your customers never see ours.

Kick the tires first

The demo site is the real product running a sample company — sign up as a customer, e-sign the agreement, run a route in the driver app, and watch a test payment land. It’s private: tell us a little about your operation and we’ll email you an access code, usually the same day.
